State of Mind was the first time I’d written and directed something where I played the main character. It was also the first time I worked with a DP.
It was a great learning experience, as a writer and director, but most especially as an actor.
It went on to screen at the Jim Thorpe International Film Festival, the Reading Film Fest, the Shockfest Film Festival (which was only online), as well as the Greater Lehigh Valley Filmmaker Festival.
