Maynard Films is the brain child of Emmy Award-winning producer Michael Sheridan. He has created a dozen short films, and many more short documentaries.
He started making videos with a C-VHS cameras back in the 1990s, eventually graduating to cutting edge technology like Super8 and 16mm, as well as Hi-8 video tape. He did a turn at Watkins Film School in Tennessee, and a run at the New York Film Academy.
In addition to his film work, Michael has worked in the media, as a reporter and editor. His present day job is working as the head of video for the New York Daily News.
