Our short film ‘Snatch & Grab’ gets first screening

Very excited to announce that our recent short film, “Snatch & Grab”, will be getting a showing on the big screen in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

The short, which we created along with Route 22 Filmworks, will debut at the Open Screenings event at the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas in the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks on July 31. Here’s the announcement:

“We’ve been honored to showcase the work of local and regional filmmakers for the past six years as part of the Greater Lehigh Filmmaker Festival,” says ArtsQuest Director of Cinema & Comedy Programming Ryan Hill. “One of ArtsQuest’s primary objectives is fostering local artistic talent, and this extends to area filmmakers, so this is a great way to expand the programs and resources we can offer our creative community.

“For the past several years, we’ve offered open mic nights for local musicians and comedians to try things out in a low-pressure situation. We want these open film screenings to provide the same opportunity for Lehigh Valley filmmakers.”

Selected films will be presented on the cinemas’ screens and provide the opportunity for filmmakers to receive and offer feedback to each other, as well as receive feedback from members of ArtsQuest’s Cinema Committee. There is no submission fee for filmmakers, and screenings are free and open to the public.
